Elusive will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc)

Elusive will dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc)

The standard post option normally takes 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for our UK deliveries.

The delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail or Parcel Force Euro 48 hours service. The delivery charge for all orders outside the UK is £15.00 up to 1lb, £20.00 up to 5lb and £30.00 up to 10lb. Delivery time is 7 -14 working days. If your order exceeds 10lb we will then advise you of the exact cost of the delivery charge via email, you can then decide whether you would like to continue with the order.

Postage times are guidelines for an efficient postal service, Elusive cannot be held responsible for delays incurred during the postal service.

Elusive Ltd reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

Exchanges & Refunds

What if I need to send something back for exchange or refund?

It's not a problem, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. All purchases are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee.

We’re going paperless so you won’t receive a returns form with your order. Please email us at elusivebrand@outlook.com and indicate your order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. We will respond with a returns number, this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package. You can return your order, to the address below, within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns older than 14 days will not be accepted, unless agreed by Elusive in advance. You will be responsible for item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

We will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.
